Lab Director & Clinical Scientist

Sophie is a Consultant Embryologist and Clinical Scientist with over 17 years’ experience in the field.

She can give advice on how to improve sperm quality and outcomes from IVF cycles. Sophie currently locums in 13 UK IVF clinics and specialises in Embryo Biopsy for Preimplantation Embryo Testing.

ANNA (MSc)

SENIOR Andrologist

Our Senior Andrologist has a wealth of experience in the field of Andrology.

For over 12 years Anna’s been working in HFEA licensed clinics and specialises in ‘finding sperm’ in Surgical Sperm Retrievals. Her Master’s degree is in Reproductive Medicine. Anna's favourite thing about the role is being able to make a difference in a couple’s journey to parenthood.

Andrologist

Ecem has recently finished her Andrology training after completing her Bachelors in Biomedical Science.

She is now learning some advanced test techniques and has a hands-on approach whilst keeping things realistic for patients at the start of their fertility journeys.

Fertility Midwife & General Manager

Gill has over 40 years of experience as a Midwife and loves being part of “the first and last bits” of couples’ fertility journey.

She excels at putting patients at ease on arrival and reassuring them about the speed of the results.

KERRY (MSc)

Reproductive Technologist

Kerry recently joined us as a Reproductive Technologist. She also works in an NHS fertility centre where research is rife.

Kerry often provides peace of mind to nervous patients awaiting early answers on their fertility journey. Her Master’s is in Reproductive Science and Women’s Health.

LAURA (HCPC, PhD)

Clinical Scientist & Quality Manager

Laura is a Clinical Scientist who loves all things Quality. She has an eye for detail and service improvement as thrives when she improves things for patients and staff alike.

Laura has a PhD in Developmental Genetics and is an experienced Embryologist with over 13 years of experience helping IVF couples within the field. She currently also works in the NHS.
